Birds Estate Agents are owned by Richard Bird and were established in May 1988 just a couple of doors away from where their present spacious offices are situated in the town centre, with it’s own private car park and excellent display window.
Richard currently employs four established staff dealing with residential and commercial sales and lettings and a self-contained department dedicated solely to managing self-catering furnished holiday homes in the area.
Richard was born almost sixty years ago in Hunstanton and most of his working life has been spent in Estate Agency following successful school years at King Edward VII in King’s Lynn and the College of West Anglia.
His knowledge of the local property scene goes back some forty years and stands him in good stead when it comes to providing information, history and advise in general on Hunstanton and its environs.
